Delivery & Payment Notes

In the event the recipient is not home the flowers will be left safe at the front door.

IMPORTANT
****Please double check all addresses are correct & that patients have not been discharged*****
Charges will apply if we have to re-deliver to a 2nd destination - if the flowers cannot be left safe. We are unable to enter a property or leave safe with neighbours

PAYMENTS
Payments are processed offline.
It is up to you the customer, to double check that your credit card details are correct and you have the funds available for payment. It is very easy to make a type error.

CREDIT CARD ISSUES
If there is a problem with payment

You made a mistype when you ordered online
expiry date wrong
insufficient funds
we will contact you as soon as we can.

BUSY TIMES
Mothers Day - Valentines day - Christmas - ANZAC & Rememberance Day
Please be aware, during busy times
if there is an issue with your payment and we are unable to contact you straight away either via email internationally or SMS/phone-email within Australia
your order may not be sent that day until we have a moment to sort out the issue at hand.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION
Orders from Australian residents will receive an SMS if you have provided a MOBILE phone number
DON'T PANIC
If the sms you are sent upon delivery has a different name to the recipients, as often the courier will sign this off

Email confirmations available upon request with overseas orders

UPON DELIVERY
Your order will be left safe or signed for.

REASONS THE COURIER WAS UNABLE TO DELIVER
You will be contacted ASAP if these Issues out of our control occurred
You order cannot be left safe,
We are unable to enter a property
You have given us the wrong address
A business is closed but we were on time
We were not given a time the business would be closed
A patient has been discharged.

CHARGES WILL APPLY IF
If you have supplied us with incorrect information and we have to make a 2nd deliveryto the correct address or back to the shop for pick up
If you cannot be contacted immediatly to supply additional delivery information so we have to re-deliver
If the courier has to wait more than 10 minutes at an address waiting for you to get back to us about a delivery
so----Please make sure we can contact you immediately
